The largest deposit payment we can accept  on line by American Express is $100.00


You may also select our contact information below and send your deposit by mail or bring it into our walk in location.

Jan our Pet Boutique Manager is in charge of all of our waiting list customers and will send a response to your application by e-mail.

We will also call you during business hours if your phone number was on your application to confirm your application and answer any questions you may have.



Please send us a e-mail with these words in your subject line, saying:

YES, I WANT TO CONFIRM ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT

Additional comments can be added to your e-mail along with your answer.

PLEASE, INCLUDE: YOUR FULL NAME, ALONG WITH THESE WORDS
WAITING LIST CUSTOMER OR MALTESE WAITING LIST
IN ANY EMAILS THAT YOU SEND TO US.

We receive a lot of e-mails and do not want to get you mixed up with a
customer that may have a similar e-mail address.

If your application comes thru when we are closed, we will contact you during our business hours.

You can also call to confirm your application by phone.

Applications submitted after 4:00 p.m. central standard time may not be confirmed until the next business day if we were busy at close of that day.
