Premium Self Service Pet Shipping


Please fill out pet shipping form below if you are requesting premium pet shipping for your puppy.
98% of premium pet shipping flights are direct flights with no connections or lay overs.
Your puppy will be shipped on our next normal shipping day once payment has been received.

Payment and paperwork required to finalize pet purchase must be received and completed 72 hours prior to departure date and time if you would like to receive your puppy on our next shipping day.

There are approximately 6 forms that we must receive back from you with your signature thru fax or scanned e-mail.

Deadline for completion of payment is Monday @ 3:00 p.m.
If payment and paperwork are not completed by our deadline, your puppy will be shipped the next week on our normal shipping day.
You may also pay for express pet shipping if you would like to have your puppy shipped A.S.A P.

 Please read if you are in a hurry to receive your puppy.

We never want to make anyone feel rushed when sending their payment. However, we occasionally have customers that wait until the last minute to make a final decision on purchasing a puppy or sending the required forms to complete payment or puppy purchase.
In doing so they miss the deadline for our shipping day and become frustrated because they have to wait another week before receiving their puppy.
Please understand there is a lot of time spent on the phone with the airlines, and there is paperwork that must be completed when booking a pet flight.

We will need to schedule an appointment with a licensed veterinarian for a health certificate that is required for pet shipping.
There are also several shipping forms that must be completed prior to shipping your puppy.
Due to the time involved and cost of health certificate, we never start this process until payment is confirmed complete.

Helping you understand the time & preparation involved in shipping a pet may also help in making your decision if the pet is needed for a birthday or gift or if you want to receive your puppy as soon as possible.
