Please Note- Call the Airlines 30 Minutes after our departure time to Confirm that the flight left our location as scheduled. If the temperature is too Cold or Hot at either location the flight may be canceled.
Also, call the Airlines to confirm your contact information. If you have an emergency and cannot get to the airport on time you can call the airline and authorize someone else to pick up your puppy.
IMPORTANT! A SMALL BOTTLE OF PANCAKE SYRUP WILL BE IN THE TOP SNACK COMPARTMENT OF THE PET TRAVEL CRATE. PLEASE GIVE YOUR PUPPY 1/4 TEASPOON OR A LARGE DROP OF IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOUR PUPPY ARRIVES AT HIS/HER LOCATION. THIS IS TO PREVENT THEIR BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL FROM DROPPING.

Remember to take your ID with you, they will not release the puppy to anyone but you. If there are any changes in your flight I will call your cell phone and leave a message. If you do not see it listed on this page, please e-mail it to me. Put your name and cell phone number in the subject line.

Important:
Do not go to the airport to pick up your puppy until you have called American Airlines to confirm that your puppy did board the plane at the scheduled time. If I have other puppies to ship, I may not be able to leave the airport and call you until it is a done deal. My cell phone does not pick up a good signal until I am on the road and leaving the airport. So, in the interest of your time, you can call them and verify any changes in your puppy's flight before I get a chance to call you. Also, I go thru a very busy city (

We receive a massive amount of e-mails in our other mailboxes. We do not want your e-mail to get overlooked.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INFORMATION
We only allow 4 days to send your check, cashiers check or money order in the mail.
We allow 24 hours if you are sending a bank transfer or credit card information.
Time starts on the first day that I e-mailed or verbally told you that we have a puppy on hold for you.
WE DO CONSIDER THE DAYS THAT WE ARE CLOSED AS HOLD DAYS.
IF WE HAVE PLACED A PUPPY ON HOLD FOR YOU ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY AND PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY MONDAY MORNING WHEN WE OPEN, THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED AND THE PUPPY WILL BE SOLD TO ANYONE ELSE WHO SENT IN AN APPLICATION FOR THAT PUPPY WHILE WE WERE CLOSED.
If you feel that you are not ready to purchase this puppy, I would prefer to release it to someone else that may be anxiously awaiting to give this puppy a new home. I do not mean to rush you into making a decision, I just never know when someone is just inquiring or ready to move forward and make a puppy purchase. I want to be fair and not hold a puppy up from being purchased by someone that really wants it.
If you have changed your mind about purchasing this pet, please let me know as soon as possible. If I do not hear back from you within 4 business hours, I will assume you have changed your mind and will release the Puppy in question.
