REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON PET PURCHASES: YOU WILL RECEIVE A PET REPLACEMENT ACCORDING TO STANDARD HEALTH GUARANTEE AND PET PURCHASE

Refunds for Pet Medication: We will refund up to $25.00 for most prescription medications paid for by the purchaser within the first three days. We must receive a receipt from your vet and a written request for a refund from you via certified mail or handed directly to me within 10 days. Most refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date they are approved. Sometimes there are exceptions and more information is needed. The $25.00 will normally cover the cost of most prescription medication.

Refunds must be for prescription medication and not over-the-counter medicine or vitamins. The cost of getting your pet's first heartguard preventative medication & prescription de-worming along with needed vaccines will be your responsibility.

Vet Services or Emergency Care:  If buyer chooses to pay for any vet services or emergency care it will be the buyer’s responsibility and not the seller’s. Teacup and Toy Pets does not reimburse any vet bills. We recommend that the buyer take out pet insurance to help with vet expenses.
If the pet’s condition requires immediate veterinarian service, Teacup and Toy Pets will not refund any money paid to your veterinarian. We will, however, be willing to take the puppy to our personal vet and will pay up to 25 % of the pet's purchase price not to exceed $300.00 for the services done only through our veterinarian.  

By signing this purchase agreement I, understand their are hereditary diseaseses as well as genetic & non genetic health related problems that may later become present in the pet I, am purchasing.
I, also understand that like humans and in all dog breeds hereditary, genetic & non genetic health problems may arise later in life.
I, understand that no veterinarian expenses or services are not paid by Teacup And Toy Pets for any type of surgery or medical treatment due to genetic health, hereditary health or any health problems that may later arise in my pets life.
We offer helpful information on health topics in the " Health Section " of our web site it can be found in the information section of our web site.
We also ask that you please request information from your veterinarian, purchase books about the your dog breed or do a internet search for health topics related to this breed prior to purchasing this pet.
