Standard Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement
           Applies to all Puppies Sold by Rebecca Bice

This agreement is made for the mutual benefit to protect both the purchaser and the seller. This agreement is non-transferable. Customer Agreement for Pets Received through Airlines or By Other Means of Transportation: In order to validate your health guarantee you must complete the following requirements.

1. Print, Sign and Return Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement by certified mail within five days from the time your pet arrives to validate it.

2. Pet must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 2 to 3 days of receiving it.
Tiny Teacup, Teacup, or Tiny Toy it is required that this be done within 2 days. If your pet is larger we will allow up to 3 days.

3. Pet must be enrolled in Pet Insurance within 48 Hours of receiving your pet at the airport or other means of transportation and must remain on pet insurance for at least 30 days.

This agreement is void if each page is not signed and returned by certified mail by the purchaser within five days from the time your puppy arrives. The puppy will then be considered sold AS IS with no Health Guarantee. There are no exceptions to this agreement. Weekends are counted within this five day time frame. If a holiday falls on a Monday you will be given one extra day. 

I, Rebecca Bice, believe this pet to be of good health and am guaranteeing that to you. However, I do require you to take your new pet to a licensed veterinarian for a Health Exam as a safety precaution.
If you choose not to take your pet to a veterinarian for a Health Exam, the seller is no longer responsible for the pet. It then becomes the buyer’s full responsibility.

Once the veterinarian has completed a Health Exam and found the pet to be healthy, I, Rebecca Bice, will guarantee your pet for 30 days against any health problems with the exception of the contagious diseases listed on the following pages. There is an incubation period for live viruses such as Parvo, Distemper, Worm Infestation, Coccidia, Mange, Giardia, and other contagious diseases. This Health Guarantee is also to educate you more on your new pet to prevent any emergencies. I urge you to read the Health Information page listed on my web site, any dog books you may find, as well as the pages attached to better inform you as the new parents. Owning a new puppy is an added responsibility to you and your family to care for. However, I feel that owning a new puppy should be a joyful and happy experience with many rewards. This is why I am willing to take back any pet that has health problems that cannot be treated with minor medications and made whole within 90 days. I am also willing to replace your pet or take it in for medical care through our vet if need be. I do not ever want any customer to feel as if they are stuck with a dog that will cost them a lot of money to care for. We are concerned about each puppy’s health because we feel that each pet’s life is important and I desire to do all that I can to protect each pet.
 As an experienced breeder, I know that there are several important time related issues to purchasing a Teacup or Toy breed that you, as the new owner and care-giver, need to know.
