A two hour hold wil be placed on the puppy giving you a chance to come and see the puppy in person or make payment if shipping is needed.

If a adoption application & confirmation from another customer comes in letting us know they are ready to move forward and proceed with pick-up, payment and shipping, the pet will be made available to that customer.

If you do not submit your own pet shipping request form through our web site immediately after you submitted your puppy purchase or adoption application form, you will be charged our standard flat rate pet shipping rate that cannot be reversed once payment is made.
