CALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION & CONFIRM THAT YOUR APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED

 

Please call to confirm your application was received if submitted during business hours to prevent your from puppy being sold to walk in customer that may be in the boutique looking at your puppy. We also need to know when you plan on picking up your puppy, so that we can have your puppy bathed, dressed and ready to go when you arrive. We will also put bows in his or her hair if you let us know your favorite color. Be prepared for a photo when picking up, we will also take a picture of your family with your new puppy.

Friday, Saturday & Monday are the busiest times of the week for us.
We will need to take your puppy back to the nursery so that it is not sold before you arrive.
We are occasionally available after business hours if we were late closing for the day.

We maybe considering putting this puppy on hold for you if no other applications have came in for the puppy you have requested.
And we want to be sure you are ready to proceed with purchasing or adopting the pet in question.

If you submitted a Puppy Purchase Application or Adoption Pet Application you will receive a response to your application from us by e-mail if the puppy you are interested in is available to you. Do not wait for a e-mail confirmation from us especially during business hours beacuse we may be to busy with walk in customers to check our e-mail or your application may not have came through.

We will also try to call you during business hours if your phone number was on your application to confirm your application and answer any questions you may have.

If you did not submit a definite yes, letting us know you were ready to proceed with purchasing or adopting the pet in question.

However the puppy may be sold or adopted to another applicant that did confirm they were ready to proceed with purchasing the puppy.

We receive a massive amount of e-mails and do not want to get you mixed up with another customer that may have a similar e-mail address or the same first name as yours. If your application comes through when we are closed, we will contact you during our business hours.

Applications submitted after business hours may not be confirmed until the next business day if we were busy at close of the day.

Some applicants prefer to wait for their application questions to be answered before they make a definite decision and others need time to think about their decision. Once your application is received we will be happy to answer your questions once the pet is made available to you. If other applications have came in for the puppy you are interested in, we will give our waiting list customers first choice of the puppy.
We will contact you with the answer to the questions on your application. If you feel your questions may have been overlooked please call or re-submit them to us. We do ask that you wait until we have made the puppy available to you before re-submitting your questions as we may be waiting for a response from our waiting list customers or applications that came in prior to your application.

We never want to make anyone feel rushed and realize some customers need more time to think about their decision. We never know when someone is ready to proceed with their puppy purchase or just inquiring about a specific puppy.
 We do not want to pass up the opportunity to sell or adopt the pet in question. With the exception of waiting list customers, puppies are sold to the first applicant that submits their ( Yes answer ) by e-mail letting us know they are ready to proceed with shipping or confirm a pick up time.

Waiting List Customers will be given 4 hours to respond from the time their application was received before we move onto the next applicant. Please be kind enough to let us know if you have decided to pass on the available puppy so that we don't wait the full 4 hours before we move onto the next applicant.
